摘    要:采用问卷调查、数理统计、文献资料等研究方法,对体操教学中教师在保护与帮助中的站位、时机、助力度以及对学生的能力培养等问题进行了研究和分析。分析认为:合理地、准确地、适时地进行保护与帮助不但可以使学生准确地掌握动作技术、减轻学生在学习新动作时所造成的心理压力和恐惧感;通过培养学生的保护与帮助能力还可以提高学生的自我保护意识从而减少伤病的出现。

Abstract:This essay discusses and analyses the problems of protection and aid in teaching and training of gymnastics,such as location of standing,timing,and degree of help.It also studies and analyses how to train the students' ability by the ways of investigation,collecting documents,and statistics.It shows that reasonable,timely and suitable application of the protection and aid can not only help the students to master the techniques and essentials of gymnastics movements,but also decrease the nervousness when they learn new movements,and good self-protection awarenees which could reduce injury.
