浅析新农村建设中人力资源的开发

开发农村人力资源是建设社会主义新农村的关键所在。当前我国农村人力资源的开发现状不容乐观,仍然会长期面临一些问题,大力开发农村人力资源,需要采取发挥政府作用、深化教育体制改革、继续推行计划生育政策、推动农业经营体制的变革、构建农村人才市场、加强农村信息化建设等对策。

Development of Human Resources in New Rural Construction

The development of rural human resources is the key to building a new socialist countryside location.Current status of the development of rural human resources is not optimistic,still has some problems.In order to vigorously develop human resources in rural areas,some measures should be taken such as,taking good advantage of Government,deepening educational system reform,implementing one-child policy,promoting agricultural business system reform,constructing rural talent market,and strengthening rural information construction.
