| 摘 要： | 现实社会严峻的就业形势和人才择用上重男轻女的现状使女大学生就业变得相当困难,做好女大学生的就业指导工作已引起社会的普遍关注,文章对女大学毕业生在求职应聘过程中遇到的问题进行了剖析,进而探讨了一些促进女大学生成功就业的策略。

| Abstract: | The female college students getting employment become especially difficulty for more competitive job market and the present situation on attaching importance to man and belittling to woman.It is widely social attention on employment guidance of the female college students.It has analysed the problems of the female college students to apply for a job,and has discussed strategy on the female college students succeeding in employment. |
