邓小平主权思想研究

邓小平主权思想包括了人民主权和国家主权两个组成部分,但往往被人们误以为邓小平主权思想就是国家主权思想。笔者认为,这是片面的理解邓小平主权思想。邓小平主权思想集中在对国家主权的论述上。关于人民主权的论述,主要体现在对四项基本原则、政治体制改革等方面,关于国家主权,主要体现在对香港问题和对外政策上。本文认为邓小平的主权思想足以形成一个完整的体系而成为邓小平理论的重要组成部分。

Probing into Deng Xiao-ping''''s Idea of Sovereignty

Deng Xiaoping's idea of sovereignty includes sovereignty of the people and of the state.But Deng's idea of sovereignty is usually mistaken as his idea of national sovereignty,which,in the light of the author's view,is a partial understanding of Deng's idea of state sovereignty.Deng's idea of state sovereignty is focused on the treatment of national sovereignty.The dissertation of the people's sovereignty finds an expression in the four basic principles and the political system reform.The discussion of national sovereignty is focused on the Hong Kong issue and external policies.This paper argues that Deng's idea of sovereignty is sufficient to constitute part and parcel of Deng Xiaoping Theory.
