| 摘 要： | 受新冠肺炎疫情的影响,高校毕业生就业创业面临很大挑战。基于高校学生工作实际,围绕思想政治教育、就业服务、就业指导教育、心理健康教育等方面,提出高校毕业生就业创业对策:国家要加大对企业的扶持力度,高校要加强就业创业服务,毕业生要提升自身综合能力。

| Abstract: | Influenced by the epidemic of Covid-19,college graduates face great challenges in employment and entrepreneurship.Based on the reality of college students'work and centering on ideological and political education,employment service,employment guidance education and mental health education,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for college graduates'employment and entrepreneurship:the state should increase the support for enterprises,colleges and universities should strengthen employment and entrepreneurship service,and graduates should improve their comprehensive ability. |
