| 摘 要： | 全球金融危机使企业女职工的体面劳动面临更为严峻的考验,当前实现女职工的体面劳动不仅有利于社会的和谐稳定,而且更能彰显我们党＂以人为本＂的执政理念,实现女职工的体面劳动应当发挥工会的作用,健全并执行相应的法律法规,加快第三产业的发展等。
