| Abstract: | The technique of track and field sports is a lifelong activities, but the hours of teaching is less than 62% of that in 1995. In order to improve the quality of teaching, this paper proposes the revolving method of selecting the contents of teaching, using the modern means in teaching the technique of track and field. At the same time, the paper puts forward the design of the outclass activities. |
