摘    要:对弧焊机器人应用于工程机械结构件的制造进行了初步探讨。分析了工程机械结构件的特点及其焊接工艺,阐述了Panasonic-TA1400机器人焊接系统的组成,介绍了焊缝起始点寻位和电弧传感焊缝跟踪技术,讨论了机器人示教编程要领。在此基础上,使用在线示教编程方法,对工程机械结构件典型接头机器人自动焊做了大量工艺试验,包括对接平焊缝单面焊双面成形和T形接头角焊缝船形位置焊接。结果表明,采用弧焊机器人焊接工程机械结构件是行之有效,所完成的焊缝成形美观、熔宽一致、波纹致密且焊接质量好。

Abstract:In view of the fact that most domestic construction machinery industries still use manual welding which seriously hampered the development of the enterprises,the application of robot arc welding technology to construction machinery is discussed in this paper.The characteristics of structure components in present construction machinery industry and their welding processes are analyzed.The system composition of Panasonic arc welding robot,the searching initial point of seam and electric arc tracking technology are introduced,and the essentials of robot teaching programming is discussed.Based on this,a lot of process tests,including one-sided welding with double-sided deformation of butt weld and fillet welding in flat position of T-joint weld,on typical joints of structure components of construction machinery are made by the on-line teaching method.The results show that using arc welding robot to weld structure components of construction machinery is efficient and effective,which can ensure that the weld surface is smooth,the width of fusion is uniform,and the welding quality is good.
