介质阻挡放电等离子体的PIC-MCC数值模拟

摘    要:通过PIC-MCC离子模拟方法,使用有限差分法数值求解了氦气介质阻挡放电数学模型中的泊松方程,并计算了电场、离子密度、电子密度等内部参量随时间的变化。模拟表明,外加电压至着火电压时,空间就形成电场,发生电子雪崩效应,产生等离子体放电过程,离子数呈现出指数增长;放电结束后,稳定在固定值范围并在介质板上聚集。随着放电的进行,电子达到一个峰值后迅速减少逐步趋于零。并对介质阻挡放电的微观机理作了初步探讨。

Abstract:It is necessary to study the generation and development of plasma for the research of the mechanism of plasma flow control.With the help of Particle-In-Cell simulation,the finite difference method is used to solve the Possion’s equations of the helium Dielectric Barrier Discharge.The internal parameters such as electric field,density of ion and electron and so on were calculated.The ions the electrons exponentially increase when it begins to discharge,which is important to the quantitative analysis of Dielectric Barrier Discharge.The characteristics of the microcosmic Dielectric Barrier Discharge are discussed in order to interpret the results.
