建设医学独立实验室的必要性推究

通过调查重庆市3 000个农村社区卫生室的建设情况,提出重庆地区建设医学独立实验室的构想,进一步提高和改善我市农村基层医疗服务水平。利用重庆市2008年农村社区卫生室调查分析结果,结合我国深化医药卫生体制改革的要求和医学独立实验室运行的特点,探讨建立医学独立实验室的必要性。医学独立实验室拥有完善的检验项目、专业的检测技术、健全的配送服务网络和规模化低收费的高效运行机制。医学独立实验室参与农村基层卫生医疗服务网络建设,可极大缓解政府为快速提高农村基层卫生医疗服务水平所需大量人力、物力和财力投入的压力。医学独立实验室建设将促进基层卫生服务水平提高的同时,逐步实现基层卫生服务的均等化。

Necessity for the Construction of Independent Medical Laboratories

After investigation of the construction of 3 000 community hygiene clinics in the countryside in Chongqing,the conception was proposed that it is necessary to construct independent medical laboratories for the promotion and amelioration of the medical service in the countryside in Chongqing.Independent medical laboratories have sophisticated examination equipment,specialized detection technology,complete distribution networks and highly effective operational mechanism.If independent medical laboratories participate in the construction of the medical service networks in the countryside,the pressure of manpower,material,and financial resources on the government can greatly be alleviated in improving the medical service in the countryside.
