提高仪器使用率的实践及若干设想

为提高仪器的使用率,通过实践制定并定时更新设备购置规划书,建立设备资源信息与使用方法信息库及建立以研究生为主的仪器使用和维护队伍,其中提高仪器使用率的根本措施是人才培养。因此建议:①"分析测试仪器使用及维护工程师职称系列"为导向,建立一支专门的工程师队伍;②从国家层面上适当减少硬件投入资金,增加人员培训和仪器维护的资金投入;③高校后勤部门应组建教学科研设备维修机构,以承包形式负责本校、本地区的分析测试设备的维修及保养。

Experiences of and Proposals for Enhancing the Utilization Rate of Instruments

This paper expounded on the experiences of and proposals for increasing the utilization rate of instruments.The experiences included elaborating and updating periodically the purchase lists of instruments,estabilishing the data and use guides of facilities,as well as cultivating staffs for the use and maintenance of instruments whose users were mostly graduates.However,personnel training is the ultimate measure to boost utilities of instruments.Therefore,the following proposals were stressed:first,establishing a team of specialized engineers;second,increasing funds of personnel training and instruments maintenance;third,establishing specialized institutions by the rear service offices responsible for maintaining the instruments.
