| 摘 要： | 本文结合工作实践提出了跨越式发展县域经济均衡论 ,在对跨越式发展县域经济均衡论的内涵、特征作出界定的基础上 ,结合实际提出并论述了跨越式发展县域经济必须坚持的五个原则。
