This article is an attempt to suggest ways of teaching English for Chinese students.Traditionally,our Chinese teachers consider their classroom activities the only way of teaching,and their work after class not so important.But gradually,as a Chinese English teacher who has worked in a vocational college for years,the author observes that the practice outside the clasis equally important.
