摘    要:阐述无店铺销售具有店外交易、媒体促成、双向沟通、交易空间大等特征及发展背景。针对其在发展过程中存在一些制约因素,提出健全迅捷的配送系统、构建中国信用管理体系、建立和完善与无店铺销售相关的法律等建议。

Abstract:Non-store selling includes the characteristics of business trade outside the shop, media facilitate, two-way communication, trade space getting large and so on. At present, the non-store selling already got certain development in our country, but there are some restriction factors in the course of developing. So we should summarize experience and take effective countermeasures to perfect the fast delivery system, structure china's credit management system , set up and perfect the laws related with the non-store selling.
