| 摘 要： | 社区教育是实现终身教育的重要途径。农村集镇一级社区教育的开展，是整合农村教育资源的需要，又是改革农村教育、发展农村经济、提高农村人口素质的必然要求。本文在阐述了构建农村集镇社区教育实体的必要性的基础上，对当前的农村集镇社区教育实体进行分析，并对选择和培育农村集镇社区教育实体提出相应的发展建议。
