| 摘 要： | 针对近年来城市房屋拆迁中频出问题的社会现实,文章从拆迁利益保护的角度进行了较为深入的探索,首先概述了城市房屋拆迁问题的现状,其次通过定义拆迁利益来指出问题的关键所在,最后提出了解决拆迁利益保护问题的几点建议。

| Abstract: | There are many social problems in the urban housing demolition in recent years. This article has（conducted） a deep exploration from the aspect of protecting the interests of households.Firstly,this paper overviews the current situation of urban housing demolition.Secondly,it points out the core problem by defining the interests of urban housing demolition.Finally,several suggestions are put forward to resolve the problem of protecting the interests of urban housing demolition. |
