| 摘 要： | 高职教育在社会中占主要地位。但是,我们的培养体系已经不是很完善。因此,我们要改变这种现状。我们发现学生们的需要,分析我们的问题,与时俱进,改变我们的培养人才体系,督导体系不失为一种好的改变路径,不但保证明确我们的目标,而且还融入了创新思想。相信这种方法会是我们未来的道路上的指明灯。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education is important in society.However,the cultivation of our system is not very perfect.Therefore,we must change this situation,finding students＇ needs,analyzing our problems,advancing with the times,changing our talents training system.Inspection system is a good path,it can not only guarantee our goal,but also add the innovative ideas.It is believed that this will be a light on the way of our future. |
