| 摘 要： | 科技档案在存放和使用过程中曾出现过一些问题，比如，温湿度的不适宜，自然因素的影响以及人为因素等等。解决的办法，一是通过领导的关心与支持；二是普法教育，提高人们的档案意识；三是宣传法律责任，依法治档；四是通过必要的设备和环境来改善档案库房条件，有效地保管和维护了学校档案。

| Abstract: | Some problems appeared in the process of the storage and usage of sci-tech files,such as inadequate temperature and humidity,impact of natural factors and man-made factors and so on.These problems can be solved through leaders' concern and support;through education of popularizing laws to improve filing consciousness;giving publicity to legal responsibility and managing files according to the laws;through necessary equipment and environment to perfect the conditions of file storehouse and effectively store and protect files. |
