| Abstract: | On the basis of the Robert Katz＇ s theory, which an effective executive must have technical skills, human skills, and conceptual skills, this article proposes the management skills that the field managers in enterpri- ses should have, analyses the relationship between these management skills, and sets up the model for the manage- ment skills of the field managers in enterprises. |
