法学实验项目设置及法学实验室建设

法学实验是指法科学生在教师的指导下在校内所进行的验证法律科学理论或假设以及对学生进行法律职业技能应用训练的教学活动。法学实验教学的目的是让学生熟悉律师事务所、法院、检察院等单位的法律实务操作程序和技能,培养他们的法律职业素养。法学实验项目应根据法学实验教学的目的设置,主要包括会见、取证、法律文书制作等;法学实验室应根据法学实验项目的需求进行体系建设。

On the Construction of Law Experimental Project and Law Laboratory

The law experiment refers to a teaching activity of the law-majored students with the instruction of teachers,which covers the test to the scientific theory or hypothesis of law and the applied training about legal skills.The law experiment aims to make the students be familiar with practical legal program and skills in the law office,the court and the procuratorate so as to develop their professional quality on law.The law experiment project should be based on the purpose of the law experiment teaching,such as meeting,evidence obtaining,legal documents writing,etc.Law laboratories are supposed to be built according to the need of experimental projects.
