论现代远程教育的科学学习观

摘    要:现代远程教育是与全日制普通教育相对而产生的一种新型教育形式,教育观念、学习环境、师生角色的变化以及由此引起的教学手段、学习方法、学习管理的变化,彰显现代远程教育的个性特征并构建了现代远程教育自身及自身所蕴含的学习理念、平等精神和智慧张力,提出了远程教育学习在远程环境下学习的新要求。总结现代远程教育的发展规律、学习规律,指导学习开展科学的学习,适应和驾驶远程条件下的学习,不但是远程教育发展和学习所需要的,同时也是十分实际和紧迫的。

Abstract:Modern distance education is a new type of educative form, which is contrasted to full-time common education. The changes of educational concept, learning environment, student's and teacher's role lead to the changes of teaching means, learning methods and learning management, which reflects the individuality of modern distance education, constructs modern distance education itself and learning ideas and the spirit of equality and intelligence that modern distance education includes. And it puts forwards the new learning demands for distance learners in distance environment. It is not only necessary, practical and urgent for distance education to generalize the developing rule of modern distance education and learning rules, to guide learners to study scientifically, to adapt to and govern the learning in distance environment.
