| 摘 要： | 我国民营企业管理模式问题的圆满解决是其进一步实现自身发展和壮大的重要一环.通过对我国民营家族企业管理模式的整个演进过程进行分析和探讨,明确提出了各个不同演进阶段的核心影响因素.在此基础上,对管理模式演进的传导机制进行了有益的探索.企业主应该加深对各核心因素和传导规律的认识和把握,因为它们是提升企业管理模式变革效率和成功率的关键.
