高职院校实践教学管理问题的因子分析

目前高职院校实践教学管理普遍存在的问题很多,但问题本身也有主次之分。通过因子分析,我们发现宏观教学管理、各主体对实践教学作用、地位的认识、实训过程表现、实训教学条件是目前制约实践教学质量与管理的首要问题。

Factors Analysis of Problems of Practice Teaching Management in Vocational Colleges

At present,the Practice teaching management in higher vocational colleges have many common problems,but these problem have Primary and Secondary distinction.In analysis of all factors,it is found that the macro-management of teaching,knowledge of the roles and effects of practice teaching,the performance of practical training course,and the conditions of practical and training teaching are primary problems that restricting the quality and management of practice teaching.
