Entrepreneurial has both the action of producing effort and that of sharing effort in firms. Principal must consider the two factors .When he projects the best incentive contract, and try to maximize entrepreneurial's producing effort, to minimize entrepreneurial's sharing effort. The paper gives a theory model of the contract.
