EDPCrMoV-A2-15和EDRCrMoWV-A1-03堆焊组织和硬度分析

摘    要:分别采用EDPCRMOV-A2-15和EDRCRMOWV-A1-03焊条对Q235低碳钢板进行堆焊,分析其堆焊显微组织、硬度及硬度变化的原因.结果表明:用焊条电弧焊堆焊EDPCRMOV-A2-15和EDRCRMOWV-A1-03时,第一层受到母材的稀释作用,硬度变化比较明显,第二层和第三层硬度变化较小,第二层硬度出现峰值,第三层基本可以反应熔敷金属的硬度.得出EDPCRMOV-A2-15和EDRCRMOWV-A1-03焊条堆焊层金属主要为马氏体,其硬度值的大小与显微组织和焊条合金元素的含量有关.

Abstract:The electrodes of EDPCRMOV-A2-15 and EDRCRMOWV-A1-03 were build-up weld on steel Q235.Its hardness,microstructure and the reasons for changed hardness were analyzed.The results show that the use of SMAW build-up welding EDPCRMOV-A2-15 and EDRCRMOWV-A1-03,the first layer with the dilution effect,it's hardness changed obviously,the hardness of the second and the third tiers changed slightly.The second hardness peak and the third layer can reflect the basic hardness of deposited metal.The main deposited metal electrode of EDPCRMOV-A2-15 and EDRCRMOWV-A1-03 was martensite,and the hardness and microstructure was decided by the electrode content of alloying elements.
