铝塑包装上铝箔的回收与应用研究

摘    要:利用中和法回收废弃铝塑包装上铝箔,研究了氢氧化钠、盐酸浓度对铝的回收率和反应时间的影响,制备得到高效净水剂聚合氯化铝,并考察了所制得聚合氯化铝(PAC)的净水效果。结果表明,利用中和法铝的回收率可达48.9%,所制得的PAC质量较高,COD去除率为71.59%。

Abstract:The neutralization technology was researched for reclaim aluminum on the plastic with acid and alkali and the influence of concentration of acid and alkali on the recovery and reaction time were discussion.The neutralization technology was application to prepare polymeric aluminum chloride(PAC) utilizing waste aluminum foil presented.The result shown that the recovery is 48.9% and the COD Removal rate is 71.59%.
