摘    要:高职院校人才培养目标决定了教师要“过三关”,即教学关、双师关和科研关;分析了教师“过三关”的内涵;提出了青年教师“过三关”的培养模式。

Abstract:The aim of personnel training in vocational institute requires that its teachers should pass three barriers , i.e., teaching, technical ability and research. This paper analyzes the connotation of passing three barriers and puts forward the training mode of passing three barriers .
