| 摘 要： | 教师职业承诺是影响教师教学工作与学生学习成绩的重要因素。文章简要介绍了教师职业承诺研究的意义、教师职业承诺的结构、国内外教师职业承诺研究的现状。在对已有的研究进行回顾后,提出了教师职业承诺未来研究的方向。
