| 摘 要： | 以成熟度理论为基础，借鉴知识管理成熟度评价模型的经验，构建基于成熟度视角的机构库评价模型。该模型分成初始级、可重复级、已定义级、已管理级和优化级5个成熟度等级，包括学术机构高层领导、信息基础设施、建设资金等6个关键过程域。在此基础之上，确定机构库评价模型的实施和评价流程，并利用该模型对嘉兴学院机构库建设的现状进行评价。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of maturity and knowledge management maturity evaluation model,an institutional repository evaluation model is developed,which includes five maturity levels named initial,repeatable,defined,managed,and optimized respectively.Senior leadership,information infrastructure,funding etc.,are the key processing areas of the evaluation model.Then the procedure of the modelcs is developed and the institutional repository development of Jiaxing University is evaluated. |
