| 摘 要： | 城市化进程是贯穿现代化始终的长期的历史任务，建设社会主义新农村是我国为缩小城乡差距、构建和谐社会这个特殊阶段的特殊历史任务，它与城市化并不矛盾，是嵌入城市化的一个重要内容。要发挥新农村建设对城市化进程的促进作用和实现城市化对新农村建设的带动作用。

| Abstract: | The process of urbanization,modernization is always running through the long-term historical task. Building a new socialist countryside in China is to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,to build a harmonious society of this special stage of the special historical mission,it is not contradictory to the city,and is embedded in the city asan important element. It behooves us to play a new rural construction of the urbanization process and achieve role in promoting the urbanization of rural construction of the new leading role. |
