学生学业不良的“教育成因”与对策分析——兼议新课程实施中教育观念的转变

摘    要:学生学业不良有不同的表现特点,其成因复杂多样。学校和教师的教育失误是产生学业不良学生的主要原因。本文通过分析,结合新课程倡导的理念提出四点对策思考:(1)树立正确的学生观;(2)改革不合理的学生评价机制;(3)转变教师的教学行为;(4)改变学生的学习方式。

Abstract:Low academic achievements of students have various symptoms and characteristics, which is caused by complicated factors. The mis-endeavors of the school and the teacher are the main cause of student's low achievements. Through analysis and combining with the ideology advocated by the new curriculum, this paper puts forward four strategic thoughts: (1) establishing the correct view of students; (2) innovating the unreasonable evaluation system; (3) improving the teaching practices; (4) changing students the learning style.
