| 摘 要： | 摘要：本文以数据和事实为基础，分析总结了美国加州高等教育的成就和经验。深圳要实现高等教育跨越式发展，需借鉴加州高等教育发展的成功经验：鼓励私立高校发展；实现高等教育分类协调发展；通过立法赋予高校高度自主权；进一步加强政府对高等教育的重视程度。

Shenzhen can benefit from Califomia＇s model in the follow aspects such as encouragement of the development of private universities, classified and balanced development of higher education, more decision-making power of higher education institutions by legislation, and more support from the government. |
