Elementarily Analysing the Challenges to Physics Teachers in Course Reform

Based on the contemporary course theory and the theory of educational psychology,combined with the reform background and the basic theories and ideas of physics course,this paper gives a further analysis on the following four aspects:upgrading of knowledge structure,transformation from instruction-receptive to construction-exploring teaching mode ,closer cooperation between teachers,the ability of developing and making use of course resources.
