培育教师对高品质课堂教学的自觉追求

摘    要:教师的思想、情感、精神等因素对课堂教学质量有着非比寻常的影响。学校管理者不仅要面对并正视这样的现实,更有必要去努力追寻问题的原因并找到解决问题的根本方法。学校管理者要从唤起教师最朴实的理想和对学生最深切的关怀、激发教师对高品质课堂的向往与追求、培育教师高品质课堂教学的创造力等三个方面,培育教师对高品质课堂教学的自觉追求,以期提升课堂教学质量、推进教师对教学的卓越化追求。

Abstract:The teaching quality is much influenced by the factors such as teacher's concepts, affection and spirit. The administrators of the school am expected to find out the mason of the problem and the solution as well as to face the reality. The administrator should motivate the teachers to pursue high quality class teaching, foster the teachers' creativity for improving the teaching quality and encouraging the teacher to long for excellence of teaching by evoking the teachers' inner ideal and the deepest consideration to the students.
