| 摘 要： | 知识管理是经济时代一种全新的管理概念与管理方法，图书馆作为知识密集收藏的单位，在新形势下必然也要面临这一新挑战。介绍了知识管理的概念、图书馆实行知识管理的可行性，论述了图书馆知识管理的内容以及图书馆知识管理的发展策略。
