| Abstract: | Huaihua's becoming a large key city is an inexorable requirement of China's modernize. It can't be held back artificially. The way of Huaihua to a large key city can't be smooth, great efforts should be paid to the developments of the basic agriculturies and industries, the elementary and higher education, as well as Party building. With the unyielding strives of the brave and industrious 4.76 millions of Huaihua people, we firmly believe that the way will steadil reach its final destination. |
