| 摘 要： | 课程建设是重要的教学基础建设，计算机系列课程的构建与协调是至关重要的。从加强高等院校计算机教育的必要性谈起，围绕计算机基础教育三个层次的划分，以“计算机文化基础”为例，探讨了搞好课程建设的方法、途径及提高教学质量的改革措施。
