我国个人收入分配的制度分析和思考

我国个人收入分配制度前后经历了改革开放以前和改革开放以后两个阶段，从新制度经济学的角度来看，影响我国个人收入分配制度变迁的因素有：人们的价值取向、市场规模的发展、路径依赖的作用、改革渐进性、国家的作用。那么，在规范和完善我国个人收人分配制度时，就需以市场为导向，发挥国家作用推进改革进一步深化，同时克服路径依赖并注意使价值取向随制度发生变化。

An Analysis of and Reflection on China''''s Individual Income Distribution System

The individual income distribution system has experienced two stages before and after the reform in our country. From the angle of new-system economics, we can see the following factors on which the changes of the individual income distribution arise: value-oriented conceptions, the growth of the market, effects of traditional thinking, the gradualness of reform and the function of the state. So, when regulating and perfecting our individual income distribution system, we should adhere to the principle guided by the market, bring the state's functions into full play, promote the reform in a deep-going way, overcome the traditional thinking and make sure that the value-oriented conceptions change with the system.
