摘    要:从博弈论视角来看,要使赢得获得良好的效果,在研究生的入口关应该设计好选拔机制,兼顾到校外生和本校生、普通生和特长生,不拘一格引进优秀学生。而在对其学术研究的考核过程中,应重视作为培养主体的研究生,赋予其相应的权力指数,设计好有效的激励机制。只有在机制上与世界一流大学和研究院同步,才能更好地培养出优秀人才、创新人才。

Abstract:From the perspective of Game Theory,and in order to recruit new postgraduates from both Soochow University and other universities,from ordinary candidates and tiose with specialties,an effective screening mechanism should be designed and taken into account.In the examinations which test the academic abilities of candidates,emphasis should be placed on the candidates themselves so that an effective incentive mechanism can be established.Only to keep pace with other world-class universities in the mechanism can we better train excellent and innovative personnel.
