| 摘 要： | 以党内民主推动人民民主是政治体制改革的新思路.发展党内民主对于推动政治体制改革,实现人民民主具有重要的意义.在民主制度建设、依法治国、加强党的领导与执政地位、改革和完善决策机制、深化行政管理体制改革、推动人事制度改革和有效地制约和监督权力运行等方面,都可以利用党内民主所带来的动力予以继续推进.

| Abstract: | Promoting people democracy with party democracy is a new thought of reforming political system. Developing party democracy is of great significance to the political system reform and the realization of people democracy. Supported by party democracy, political system reformed can be further promoted in the aspects like the construction of democratic system, running the country with law, strengthening our party's leading and ruling power, decision-making mechanism, reform of administration management system, personnel system as well as application of power. |
