区域联动发展指标体系与评价方法探讨

在经济全球化与区域经济一体化并行发展的趋势下,区域经济合作和联动发展已波及整个世界,成为一个全球性的经济现象,对世界经济总体格局及国际贸易秩序产生了重大的影响.本文以科学发展观为指导,构建了一个由1个一级指标、8个二级指标、24个三级指标和58个四级指标组成的多角度、多层次的区域联动发展评价体系;运用层次分析法确定指标权重;参考全面建设小康社会统计监测指标体系标准值、综合借鉴国内外有关工业化、现代化进程监测评价标准及长三角区域联动发展相关指标数据,确定区域联动发展评价指标体系的目标值,为区域联动发展建立一个比较科学、合理的评价方法.
