教育学视角下的学校规训与纪律教育

摘    要:纪律之于人的发展十分重要,是学校教育的必要手段和重要任务;学校一般在知、情、行三方面对学生进行纪律教育,然而其中却存在着通过灌输、诱惑、惩罚等手段规训学生,混淆纪律教育和规训的现象。因此,必须对纪律教育和规训进行区分,通过引导学生建立规则、累积学生的积极情感经历和扭转对学生的人性假设,真正实现对学生的纪律教育,促进学生健康成长。

Abstract:Discipline is necessary for human development. It is the necessary way and important task of school education. The students are educated to respect discipline in cogitation, emotion and behavior. But there are mix phenomenon between discipline and education. School disciplines students through indoctrination, temptation and punishment. We must make difference between education and discipline. We should instruct students to build the rules, accumulate their positive emotion experience and change the humanity hypothesis in order to help students growing up through discipline education.
