基于功效系数法的经营者相对业绩评价研究

摘    要:借助功效系数法探讨基于经营者相对业绩评估模型,并对深沪市32家通信及相关设备制造业上市公司经营者相对业绩与激励状况进行实证研究与分析。研究表明,基于功效系数法的经营者相对业绩评价能消除行业内企业不可控因素的影响,较为真实地反映经营者主观努力程度及能力对业绩的贡献,同时也发现相对业绩与经营者激励缺乏联系的客观现实,进一步反映研究和建立基于相对业绩比较的我国经营者长效激励机制的必要性。

Abstract:his paper sets up a model to evaluate relative performance of executives based on efficacy coefficient method and studies the relationship between relative performance and motivation status through empirical study on 32 listed companies in communication and relative equipments production industry. The findings show that relative performance evaluation based on efficacy coefficient method can remove negative effects of uncontrollable factors within an industry, reflect efforts made by executives and their capabilities impersonally. The authors also find that there lacks relations between performance and motivation in reality, so it is dispensable for us to further study a long - term motivation system based on relative performance comparison.
