| 摘 要： | 劳务输出,包括国际工程承包,既是适应经济发展全球化的必然要求,也是游离于世界贸易组织规则之外的一种经济活动。本文从经济全球化的视野,分析了当前国际劳务市场发展态势,总结了部分发展中国家开展劳务输出的经验,提出了一系列开拓国际劳务市场的策略,强调教育特别是职业教育和培训应为促进我国劳务输出的发展发挥积极作用。
