| Abstract: | The article contacted the traffic accidents of which environment cleaner have been hit by vehicle,analysised legal consciousness and morality about the phenomenons which was not civilized on the road,presents excellent culture on the road abroad,called people for more attention on civilization of the road between law and moraltity. |
