| Abstract: | In this paper, a random-fuzzy regressive method taken into account to the random uncertainty and the fuzzy uncertainty of variables is used to get the reasonable price of real estate. This method has also made a new development for the scientism and accuracy of the appraisal of real estate. This is a simple and convenient method. Finally, the paper describes the utility of this method by an example. |
