1949年时,武汉市摊贩人数众多、情况复杂,严重影响市场、交通秩序和社会稳定.新的武汉市政府成立后,在恢复本市经济的同时,着手对摊贩进行了治理与整顿.首先,整顿市场,让市场外的摊贩到市场内经营;其次,配合一系列民主政治运动的展开,对摊贩进行登记、发证、税收等工作;此外,政府还动员摊贩参加爱国运动,健全组织机构以加强对摊贩的治理.同时,在治理的过程中,摊贩们也大都遵守政府政策,积极配合政府治理.

Simple Analysis about Stall-keepers Management of Wuhan from 1949 to 1952

In 1949,the number of the stall-keeper in Wuhan City was very large and the members were so complex that they affected the market,traffic,and stability of the society.Therefore,the new Wuhan government took measures to manage stall keepers after it was established.Firstly,the government made the outer stall-keepers move into the marketplace;secondly,it prompted a series of democratic political movements,and some measures like registering,sending card,taxing were taken for managing stall-keepers.In addition,the government also mobilized stall keepers to participate in the patriotic movement and established perfect organizations to strengthen stall keepers' management.Meanwhile,most stall keepers also obeyed the government policy during the management.
