| 摘 要： | 当前高等教育系统存在的突出问题之一是结构趋同。造成这一问题的直接原因是高校定位的不准确、不科学。而高校定位失误的主要原因存在于高校的外部。从一定意义上说,不合理的政策设计是造成高等教育结构趋同的根本原因。因此,解决我国高等教育结构趋同问题的出路在于重建科学合理的政策设计体系。

| Abstract: | One of the prominent problems in present-day higher education system is the similarity of the structure.The direct cause for this problem lies in the imprecision and unscientific positioning of the university.At present,the major cause of the wrong positioning lies outside the university.In a way,the fundamental reason for the structure similarity is the unreasonable policy design.Therefore,the solution to the problem lies in re-establishing a reasonable policy design system. |
