| Abstract: | First Teaching Hospital,Zhangliakou Medical College Eehocardiographic images of 51 cases of heart disease due to uremia were analysed.Tbe positive rate of enlargement of LA was 90.2%, LV:74.5%;RV:43.1%;AO:31.4%.The positive rate of hypertrophy of IVS was 64.7%.The positive rate of regurgitation of MV was37.3% andAV:ns 7.8%.Meaof LA LYDd IVS and LVPW were all higher than normal values while LVEF and FS% were lower than normal.The diagnostic value of ec- hocardiography was discussed. |
