| 摘 要： | 本针对我国加入WTO向高等教育新形势，提出了合理引进国外优质的教育资源、参与世界高等教育全球化进程等机遇。提出了更新观念、开展多种国际交流、国际合作办学、加强创新教育和素质教育以及人格教育等措施。以保证我国高等教育在国际竞争中可持续发展。

| Abstract: | With the WTO entry of our country, there are many opportunities for high education such as the introduction of advanced education resources, participation of global advanced education progress and so on. In order to ensure sustainable development of our advanced education in the international competitive environment, some measure such as renewing concepts, communicating among different nations, cooperating in international education, and strengthening creative education, qualitative education and personal education and so on are presented in this paper. |
